The federal government has established programs of care for those who provided service to our country. We counsel veterans and their families on how these public resources can be part of a long-term care and estate plan, sometimes in conjunction with other government programs such as Medicaid. We assist with the filing of applications, claims, and provide counsel on tax implications.
